Individuals [Non-Lending Only: Pre-Listiing, Estate, Buy-Outs,etc.]:  COD:  Appraiser will accept a Cash, Check or Money Order payment at the door.  NOTE: All appraisals for Lending purposes MUST be ordered by the Lender.  See "Commercial Clients," above.
